主旨：本校化南新村專用停車場計有41個汽車停車位與77個機車格，開放本校現職、退休教職員工及在校學生申請，有意申請者請依公告事項辦理，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本校化南新村宿舍專用停車場管理辦法（如附件1）辦理。
二、汽車停車位申請對象：本校現職、退休教職員工及在校學生。機車格申請對象：限化南新村住宿學生。
三、收件時間：114年9月1日（星期一）起至114年9月5日（星期五）17時00分止。
四、申請方式：申請汽車位者，請自行下載填寫化南新村宿舍專用停車場汽車位申請表（如附件2），於截止日之前連同行車執照影本與駕駛執照影本送達總務處財產組，化南新村住宿學生請親送至本校學務處住宿組及總務處財產組；欲申請機車格者請自行下載填寫化南新村學生機車停車證申請表（如附件3），於收件截止日前親送至本校學務處住宿組以及總務處事務組駐警班。
五、教職員工宿舍每戶以申請一個汽車位與機車格為原則，學生宿舍住宿生每人申請一個汽車位與機車格為原則。
六、化南新村住戶有優先獲配車位權利；若有剩餘車位，始分配予非住戶使用，均以抽籤方式辦理，額滿為止。
七、收費標準
- 化南新村住戶停車費為每年新臺幣3,600元整；非化南新村住戶停車費為每月新臺幣960元整。
- 在職者自每月薪資中扣繳，退休者或者在校學生請持收費表至出納組繳費。
- 停放機車與腳踏車不另行收費。
八、使用期限：自114年9月11日起至115年9月10日止，為期12個月。
九、為確保本校化南新村專用停車場鳳凰木下之人車安全，本年度暫不開放申請甲區11~16號汽車停車位。
十、本停車場僅供車輛停放，不負保管責任。
Application for Huannan New Village Exclusive Parking Lot
Subject: The Huannan New Village exclusive parking lot of our school has 41 car parking spaces and 77 motorcycle parking spaces. These are open for application to current, retired faculty and staff, as well as enrolled students of the school. Interested applicants should follow the guidelines in the announcement. Please take note.
Description:
- This is in accordance with the management regulations for the Huannan New Village dormitory exclusive parking lot (see Attachment 1).
- Eligibility for Car Parking Spaces: Current, retired faculty and staff, and enrolled students of the school.
Eligibility for Motorcycle Parking Spaces: Limited to students residing in the Huannan New Village dormitory.
- Application Deadline: From Monday, September 1, 2025, to Friday, September 5, 2025, by 17:00.
- Application Method:
- For car parking space applications, please download and complete the "Huannan New Village Dormitory Exclusive Parking Lot Car Parking Application Form" (see Attachment 2), and submit it with a copy of the vehicle registration and driver’s license to the Property Section of the General Affairs Office before the deadline.
- For dormitory students, please submit the application directly to both the Student Affairs Office’s Dormitory Section and the Property Section of the General Affairs Office.
- For motorcycle parking applications, please download and complete the "Huannan New Village Student Motorcycle Parking Permit Application Form" (see Attachment 3), and submit it in person to both the Student Affairs Office’s Dormitory Section and the Property Section of the General Affairs Office by the application deadline.
- Application Limit:
- Faculty and staff may apply for one car parking space and one motorcycle parking space.
- Students residing in the dormitory may apply for one car parking space and one motorcycle parking space.
- Priority Allocation: Residents of Huannan New Village have priority in the allocation of parking spaces. Any remaining spaces will be allocated to non-residents through a lottery system, until all spaces are filled.
- Fee Standard:
- Parking fee for Huannan New Village residents: NTD 3,600 per year.
- Parking fee for non-residents: NTD 960 per month.
- The fee for current employees will be deducted from their monthly salary, while retirees or enrolled students should bring the fee list to the cashier for payment.
- There are no additional charges for parking motorcycles or bicycles.
- Parking Duration: From September 11, 2025, to September 10, 2026, for a duration of 12 months.
- Special Notice: To ensure the safety of vehicles and people under the Phoenix tree in the Huannan New Village exclusive parking lot, applications for car parking spaces 11–16 in Area A will not be accepted this year.
