國立政治大學 化南新村磚牆修復工程進度說明

臺北市政府文化局於113年12月10日現勘並進行磚牆修復書圖的初審，本校委託建築師依該局建議修正書圖。

臺北市政府文化局於114年2月27日函覆同意聚落建築群「政治大學化南新村」圍牆緊急搶修計畫書圖。

本校114年3月5日簽請辦理後續修復工程招標作業。
※最新進度：化南新村磚牆修復工程於114年6月3日決標，本工程自114年6月13日開工，依契約計算工期至8月11日止。
Progress Report on the Restoration of the Brick Wall at Hua Nan Village, National Chengchi University

On December 10, 2024, the Taipei City Government’s Department of Cultural Affairs conducted an on-site inspection and reviewed the initial restoration drawings for the brick wall. The architect commissioned by the University revised the drawings based on the requirements.

On February 27, 2025, the Department of Cultural Affairs issued a letter of approval for the emergency restoration plan and drawings for the perimeter wall of National Chengchi University’s Hua Nan Village.

On March 5, 2025, the University forwarded the document to initiate the bidding process for the restoration work.
※Latest progress：The brick wall restoration project in Huanan New Village was awarded on June 3, 2025. The project commenced on June 13, 2025, and according to the contract, the construction period is scheduled to end on August 11, 2025.
